Honored that my latest hotel @theprospecthollywood is included in @travelandleisure ‘s worlds best awards nominees for the most notable hotel in California. The hotel sadly has been closed through out Covid , but is scheduled to reopen very soon which is as exciting as this great news too. #boutiquehotel

The current window at my @ateliermartynlawrencebullard featuring my Mamounia petite wallpaper , a 19 th century Savonarola chair , a pair of 1940’s French plaster lamps , an 1880’s Turkish brass inlaid side table , a 1970’s lacquer consul and an early 20 th century Syrian mother of pearl mirror. A mix of styles , periods and origins that i love and exhibit the eclectic nature of my tastes and favorite motto ‘ All beautiful things belong to the same age ‘ ........ #designanddecoration

Another oldie popped up on my google alerts today. Kid Rocks bedroom in Malibu. Originally i was hired as a wedding present for Pamela Anderson to create their dream home , well when the marriage went sideways a few weeks after the wedding , i got kept by Rock to turn the marital nest into his bachelor pad. Deeply inspired by Indonesian interiors , the Malibu master bedroom was anchored by a dramatic 4 poster bed with drapery hung from the ceiling beams above. Moroccan and Turkish Tribal rugs and pillows made for a truly worldly interior.
